Privacy policy
Lowscore is operated by Proofwell Inc. This policy covers lowscore.app and communications with our support team. Effective October 13, 2026.
Information this website uses
When you join the waitlist, we send your email address, approximate country and city if available, device type, browser and user agent to Supabase, our signup service provider. Requests also expose your IP address to the service. We use this information to manage the waitlist, send launch updates and limit abuse. The site does not collect your iPhone Screen Time data or accept payments. Leaderboards and notifications shown here are examples.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Delivering and protecting it involves processing request information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Cloudflare processes this information under its own service terms and privacy policy. We do not use it for advertising or sell it.
When you contact us
If you email [email protected], Proofwell Inc and its email service provider process your email address, message, and any attachments to answer your request and resolve support issues. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or private messages from other people. Sending a support email does not subscribe you to marketing or enroll you in a waitlist.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist information and support correspondence only as needed to manage launch updates, resolve your request, maintain necessary support records, or meet legal obligations. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your request and retain information where required by law. Hosting logs follow Cloudflare’s retention practices.
Sharing and security
We share information with service providers as needed to host the website, manage the waitlist and handle support, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We limit use of your information to those purposes. No online service or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and does not offer account creation. If a child has sent us personal information, contact [email protected] so we can address its deletion.
The iPhone app
Lowscore’s iPhone app is not available through this website. The site describes planned screen-time sharing and goal features, but does not collect app data. This website policy does not authorize collection of Screen Time, account, or payment data. App data practices and permission disclosures must be provided with the app before those features become available.
