Tell us what happened, what you expected, and the device and software version you are using. Screenshots can help, but remove private information first. Never send passwords, payment card details, or other people’s messages. We reply by email.
Early access
Lowscore is coming to iPhone. Join the waitlist at lowscore.app/join and we’ll email you when the app is ready. There is no release date yet. Contacting support does not enroll you in the waitlist.
Screen time and your circle
The planned app uses Apple Screen Time with your permission to support shared totals, weekly leaderboards, and goal results. The examples on this website use fictional data. The website cannot read or change your Screen Time settings.
Account and data requests
For help with an account or to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact [email protected]. Use the email address associated with your request where possible. Do not include your password.
Payments and commitments
No payments or charity commitments can be made on this website. If you have a question about a charge you believe is connected to Lowscore, contact support with the date and merchant description. Do not send full card or bank details.
